Cattlemen's Steak House- House Salad Dressing

I watch Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and saw this house salad dressing being served on the salads and the customers rave about it. So I tried to get a just of how it is made by watching the show

Ingredients


3 Eggs
½  cup cottonseed oil
½  cup Garlic oil
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon dried mustard
½ cup more garlic oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 cups regular milk
½ cup cottonseed oil
½ cup half-half
¼ cup white vinegar
1/8 cup Lemon juice
¼ sugar
8 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix eggs in food processor, add oils in a stream to make a mayonnaise. While food processor is still running, add white pepper, and dried mustard, more garlic oil, stop machine. Run it for 3 seconds, add salt, milk, and more cottonseed oil, stop machine. Run for 3 seconds and add half-half, vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar, stop machine, scrap down bowl.  Run for an additional 2 seconds and add cheese and run to thoroughly mix all ingredients, dressing should be chuncky from the cheese added in.
